Dead Girls Can't Tell Secrets by Chelsea Ichaso
3.0

“But here we are, bonded by our mistakes.”

This was definitely a quick YA read. Savannah’s sister, Piper falls off a cliff and Savannah is sure that it wasn’t an accident or a suicide. This is a whodunnit, everyone has a motive, what on earth actually happened, story.

What I liked:
-The pacing of the story was good.
-Fast, easy, pallet cleanser of a read.
-The premise and plot was intriguing.

What I didn’t like:
-None of the characters were very likable. I didn’t really have anyone to root for.
-Very juvenile in some places
-The whodunnit/motive(s) fell pretty flat imo and was rather disappointing and subpar.

This would be a nice, easy book to read in between longer books, a series, or heavy reads. I would definitely recommend AGGGTM though if you’re looking for a YA murder/detective story.
