Oh Teddy and Kipp - what sweet little cinnamon roll babies that just kept me wanting more! This addition to the Elite 8 Studios series was adorable, spicy and so much fun to read!

Teddy Lavoie has been an enigma of a man for the past four Elite 8 Studios books and I loved learning more about the teddy bear that he is underneath it all. There’s so many things about him that I never would have guessed and those things just made me love him even more. His big heart, caring nature and insistence on giving back in any way he can really got me and seemed to work on Kipp too even though their marriage was only supposed to be for show.

Kipling (Kipp) Mercer was such a fun character to read - his inner monologue made me crack up so many times and the way he viewed situations was so unique. His longing for a family that loves and supports him tore at my heartstrings and made him a perfect fit for Teddy and the rest of the Elite 8 Studios family. Before Teddy, Kipp is a bit out of control and isn’t sure where his life is going, but when Teddy comes into his life, he finds a whole new normal that he loves even more.

The dynamic between these two and their kind of friends to husbands to lovers story was unexpectedly sweet. Even though they get married at the very beginning after a drunken night out, they decide to stay together for less than stellar reasons. But they start to realize that they have real feelings for each other the longer they stay together. Their dom/sub relationship in the bedroom adds some spice to this sweet story and helped them to see just how perfect they really were for each other.

I could have done without the ex-boyfriend storyline, but I always love seeing the rest of the Elite 8 Studios fam in each of the books! Can’t wait to get my hands on Emil’s story ([b:Felix|210819579|Felix (Elite 8 Studios Book 6)|Emmy Sanders|https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/book/50x75-a91bf249278a81aabab721ef782c4a74.png|217042900]) next!
