I enjoyed some parts/chapters more than others. Overall, I started off reading this with great energy and towards the middle it became a very slow read. The last third of the book I skimmed mostly. Lots of information packed in here. I did like the basic points recapped at the end of each chapter. Very interesting information presented, but something about the way it was presented made it hard to get into.
