What's Left of Us by B. Celeste

4.0

This was my first read by B. Celeste and I was super excited to read What's Left of Us after seeing the blurb and tropes. I like my books spicy and boy do we ever get the spice with Lincoln and Georgia. Their marriage of conveinece went deeper for both of them, although you wouldn't know that by the way both of them treat their relationship and each other for most of the book.

The plot was engaging and I enjoyed the dual timelines. The therapist was questionable at best and I definitely didn't vibe with her for most of the book. The mystery and suspense was definitely intriguing and will keep your attention, especially when the hate to love pattern Lincoln and Georgia have are thrown in the mix.

The ending took me by surprise and was very different than what I was expecting with the way the story was setup, but I'll never disagree with saving a marriage.
