Some very good parts of this book..and some not so great parts. Overall, a good read. Enjoyed reading about Ciri’s character growth and her becoming stronger. There are some convoluted conversations involving politics which can get dull, but they provide background info and world building. Definitely suffers from male gaze writing. Though the chapter with Ciri in the Frying Pan is one of the best in the whole book.
