The content of this book was disturbing, disgusting, absolutely awful, one part even made me feel particularly nauseous - people say they can't get past the infamous page 40, wait for the chapter that comes after. However, amongst the gore and messed up storyline, there was such a sad underlying theme, so much character development and I definitely felt attached to some of them.
Overall I couldn't tear myself away from book, the ending was just heartbreaking and I haven't stopped thinking about it since I started reading it.
