Phewf. This book was a huge gut punch. I appreciated the content warnings and would suggest that you read them too. This was a bit of a "perfect storm" for me in terms of the content but the story was very sweet.
I think I would consider this more of a contemp fiction rather than a romance because the sexual content was much more toned down than in some of her other books.
