This was great! The only YA book that I rated 5 stars so far this year and it honestly gave me everything I wanted from the story! I liked the characters, the plot with the pageants which I've never read about before or really experienced in any other way since I'm European. Obviously, I also really enjoyed the romance aspect and the family dynamics!
