Not a good start to 2022 reading wise. Strangest book I’ve ever read. I enjoyed elements of it, but I was constantly waiting for some kind of fluid plot, it felt like I was just listening to her moan for the entire book. There was nothing really positive in the book, there were no loving/endearing relationships anywhere and it just felt miserable, there was no relief. A lot of talk about bodily fluids that just felt kind of disgusting. Could have been a quick read but it just went on for so long and the ending offered me no conclusion at all.
