Please Look After Mom by Kyung-sook Shin
5.0

This book broke me over and over again. The ideas of feminism is melted into the form of a mother. She is easily digestible.

I think that part of the reason the book is so sad is because it’s realistic. At that time there were many mothers like that. Even now.

I just finished the book so my review is a mess. My head is still hazy. I just hope that I will be able to see changes in my life after reading this. Best book I’ve read so far.
