Illusion by J.S. Cooper
5.0
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Bianca is a sweet girl who lost her parents and has no family in her life. She has been serving on her own for quite some time. Some secrets are revealed from her father a little later on in her life but she can't figure out what it is. She finds some things that can help her but also put her in danger. Is he being followed? If so why?
Now we meet Jakob, they meet in a coffee shop. He's gorgeous and dangerous. They exchange in a small conversation. They go their separate ways. Until the day comes and they find themselves on a secluded island. Trying to put pieces together. How did they get there? Who is he? Can she trust him? So many questions. Very little answers.
Very good book. Thrilling, suspenseful, edge of your seat kinda read. The ending for sure will have you screaming for more. I give this book 4.5 stars. Can't wait for march. Great job J.S Cooper. Can't wait for more from you.
