This was brilliant. The art is beautiful and the way Nguyen uses a different colour palette for each storyline was so effective. The parallels between the stories worked really well and although thought l'd be less interested in the fairy tale sections, I found them just as compelling as the contemporary plot. can see myself re-reading it in the future and overall it was such a heartfelt and hopeful read.
