I went in completely blind to this read, and wasn’t prepared for the strong themes of depression and suicide, especially in the first 1/4 of the book. If you can get past the sadness or are in the mood for a downer, it’s an okay but forgettable read.
Graphic: Mental illness, Suicidal thoughts, Suicide attempt
Minor: Alcoholism, Animal death, Cancer, Mental illness, Self harm, Toxic relationship, Death of parent
