The House at Pooh Corner by A.A. Milne

4.0

Not quite as good as the first book but a wonderful collection of stories nonetheless. In this book we are introduced to tigger and say good bye to Christopher Robin. It's rather sad actually. But if you want an adult worthy children's book that is often over looked I'd pick up both pooh books. I love these stories for their good heartedness and their charming British wit. They are basically stories about a community of flawed individuals who care about each other. Spoiler: some are better at it than others. As a child I loved tigger and eeyore but reading these now it's hard to look at piglet and not find him delightfully admirable. Pooh of course is incredibly charming but if you want my analysis of each individual character well I'll sit and talk to you about it for two and a half hours. Three if there's coffee.
