Sam Huxton has her only ever one night stand, and then comes into work the next day to find out Ryan Black is her new employee. Ryan is crucial to Sam’s plan for her company and so she’s stuck with him at least till the end of his probation period.
The New Guy is a fairly typical romantic comedy, though a little high on angst and low on comedy for my particular liking. The plot device of the app update felt a little thin but overall this was a good story.
