My hopes were quite high for this book, and that is no doubt my fault! What I was looking forward to, and undoubtedly what I love most about this book, is the Islamic influence. However, though at times the Muslim representation was great… in other times, it just was not the best. (It’s not PERFECT Muslim rep, but it is FAR from bad.) It would have been a solid 5 stars if not for this one splinter. I had a blast reading this, but I do not think I’ll be continuing on to the next books in the series.
