Listened to the audio. This one picks up pretty soon after the events of the first book, Leviathan Wakes. It was so easy to immediately get lost in this world once again. We learn quickly of new habitat, specifically Ganymede. What happens here sets the tone for the entire story. I was quickly enthralled and couldn't stop listening. We also meet new characters (the Earth contingent, mainly), who come with interesting backgrounds of their own. By the end of this one, I felt that the story had dragged on a bit, and kind of had a repetitive feel to it, but the plot line was different enough for me to turn a blind eye this time. Let's hope the next installment doesn't follow the same recipe! Either way, this is a fun (ok mainly scary) universe!
