Peace Love Resistance by Jettie Woodruff

4.0

This story was amazing but on a level that made me question everything in society. The book does not preach but just opens your eyes to other things that are around you and the way you deal with certain things.

The book was about love, trust and openness but also just about living the life that you want to. I definitely think there are ways that my own life will change due to this book but in certain ways I am really understanding what Tristan was getting at.

I loved Tristan and her view of the world. She understands some of the basics and I think she can teach us all something from it all. I definitely can do better with what I have learned from the book and will definitely try harder with other things.

Tobias was a person I could completely relate to as I think he represents most of us and how we think and act. I absolutely loved the changes he made in his life and I could understand his anger towards his parents, specifically his mom. He saw the world one way at the beginning but definitely opened up to looking at it differently at the end.

This book is not a typical romance book but is a book that will challenge your mind and the way you view things. It definitely made me look at things in a different way and I really think that I have learned a few things and will definitely be working on a gratitude journal after this with my kids!

I look forward to the next book in the series!
