This is my first Sarah Adams book and to be honest I’m not entirely sure if I will read more. Now, I did enjoy the book, don’t get me wrong. The banter between Amelia and Noah was cute. The side characters and the town were wonderful. I loved that there was no 3rd act break up (finally!!). It was nice that they handled their issues like adults and talked it out instead of letting miscommunication take hold. What I didn’t care for and what has me questioning if I will read more of her books were the more romantic scenes. Now, compared to other books that I have read in the past they are pretty tame. Nothing is explicitly written, however I think I would’ve preferred the book to be a little more closed door.
Graphic: Gaslighting
Moderate: Cursing
Minor: Infidelity, Sexual content, Death of parent
