Every expectation I had about this book was wrong, and I’m so glad. Go into this book blind, you won’t regret it!
Now onto the real review. I loved this book. I loved the family dynamic, I loved the writing style, I loved the flashbacks, I loved seeing into the lives of the other party guests, and most of all I loved the Riva siblings. They deserve every happiness they can get and then some.
I always find it harder to write positive reviews than negative reviews, so that’s pretty much all I’ve got. My only note to potential readers is that the POV changes all the time, sometimes mid page, with little to no warning and that took about 50 pages to get used to. I don’t see this as a con at all, just an adjustment.
I will be reading this book again in the future. 5 stars.
