This is the THIRD reread. I'm not sure I've ever read a series...that gets better each time you read it.

Oh, Adolin. Ugh. Why?
Kaladin is able to face himself.
Shallan is learning to be the person she needs to be.
Dalinar is the leader that they all need.
Bridge Four...is the best.

I love this series...so much.

REREAD - was so enlightening.

I have to say this, again...I love this book better than The Way of Kings (especially since this book was introducing so much...3-4 beginnings).

Kaladin is still my favorite character, though Dalinar is just behind him. Lift and Wyndel were a great introduction. Lopen also is a great character. Wit is AMAZING and truly hilarious.

Adolin is more complicated than what he is first shown IMO.

Shallan is a great character, but still growing in her powers and potential.

Loved it.

First read was during #Stormalong2020

How can it actually get better?

So deep and complicated. I will have to reread this series to understand all that is going on.

BTW, I love Wit. He is an amazing character.

My favorite character ss still Kaladin, but Shallan has raised above Dalinar.
