Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day by Judith Viorst

Viorst, Judith, and Ray Cruz. Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. New York: Atheneum, 1972. Print.

My mom always mentions this book but I haven't read it since I was too small to remember.

This book addresses how to have bad days. It talks about having bad days, and that it's okay to be sad or grumpy. I think this book fits best for smaller children but is applicable forever. Children and adults both enjoy reading this because it is comical, but also teaches a lesson.
