A beautifully written, heartbreaking and heartwarming memoir. It's both a book I flew through, as well as one I had to put down to ponder a few times.
Objectively speaking, this book is five stars. The writing is sublime and the story is obviously very real and moving. A lot of the things she said hit close to home and I've never had the urge to annotate a book as much as now. I saved a lot of quotes. Subjectively, I'll give it 4 stars, because I read for escapism. I also wanted to know more about certain topics and less about others, but like I said that's purely my opinion.
