The Truth about Love and Dukes by Laura Lee Guhrke

3.0

It's hard to resist a working heroine in a historical romance, the Agony Aunt trope is also always a fun one to pursue. Outraged at the advice given to his mother which has resulted in her eloping with an Italian lothario, Henry, Duke of Torquil is on the warpath to discover the true identity of Lady Truelove and convince his mother the error of her ways.

Things fall apart for me a little here, there's a torrid affair, much angst about the differences in their stations in life but unfortunately it doesn't really take it to any sort of satisfactory conclusion.
