enjoying so far. I loved the tv show and book of Long Way Round. They complemented each other so well. I was slightly underwhelmed with portions of the Long Way Down DVDs (it felt very rushed, in 6 episodes), but this book is making up for it, thus far. A great companion piece.

Finished. Final rating is a (somewhat generous) 5 stars. Certainly a 4.5. There is certainly some 'whinging' at the beginning and here and there, but their enthusiasm carries through and builds as they are able to interact more with people, rather than merely riding past.
