Fucking delightful. Speedruns to the heart of these characters' insecurities under the entirely insufficient cover of jokes that aren't really jokes. 

There is a temptation to latch onto a deeper meaning for the white-on-white painting at the end they might be a trick but either way, the painting's fate and the imperfect final state of the central friendship is touching.
