Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time by Brian Tracy

4.0

Not a very impactful read. Just a collection of ideas to apply, though not citing any research how they work. The author just says "I've tried these things and my students have tried these things and they work, believe me". The Book is just around 100 pages but it doesn't need to be even this long, as many things are repeated again and again in different forms, sometimes in 3 points, sometimes in 10 points.

Also, I observed the author contradicting himself at a point where he says that deadlines don't work and people tend to make mistakes under the pressure of deadlines but later on in another chapter, contradicts himself saying that you should set artificial deadlines to do a more focused work and finish your tasks early. Don't know what to believe.

Overall, not a very powerful book and can be done away with just reading the summary and you'll gain almost as much knowledge as most of the things mentioned in the book are trivial, it's just that people lack the will to follow those advices.
