The How Not to Die Cookbook: 100+ Recipes to Help Prevent and Reverse Disease
by Gene Stone, Michael Greger
It's kind of funny to mark a cookbook as completely read, but I've perused the whole book and have made several dishes from each section, so I think that's about as good as it gets with a cookbook.
Perhaps it's the lack of salt but even with the spices included most of the recipes taste bland to me. The solution has been to double or even triple the amount suggested. That's helped some. I'm thinking about substitutions as well. Otherwise we've been pleased with every thing that we tried. I like how easy most of the recipes are to make. That's a definite plus.
