Why do some of the best books break your heart in the worst way?!?!
Book one was a glorious, beautiful, sexy romance full of self discovery, liberation, independence, and adventure. The beautiful dichotomy that is Sean & Dom without judgement.
Halfway through book 2 I was utterly shattered, staying up until midnight, unable to breathe with my heart carved out. How am I supposed to finish this?? How can I not finish this?!?! I can’t possibly stop right now. You really grieve during damn near half the book. I still don’t know where I sit on the ending but, just like Cecelia, I didn’t get my choice and have to push forward with nothing but hope in tow. My decision to read book 3 is currently on a knife’s edge… I know I will but how deep can it cut??
