This is the last Ian Reid fiction book I had to read, and it was just as good as his others. I’m thinking of ending things is still the best, but I like that one because you have zero idea about anything going on, it feels like there isn’t even a story but it’s unsettling. This one felt less mysterious, but I still enjoyed it. His reads are always very quick but very impactful
