Elephants Can Remember
by Agatha Christie
Enjoyed this one much more than the last couple! Good characters, nice little mystery. Third Girl and Hallowe'en Party really irritated me with all the pseudo-psychology and badly-aged criminal theory, but this one has a lot less of that. Instead, we have a small, long ago mystery which really needs to be solved for the peace of mind of the people who were closest. It's really quite simple, but the way stories are woven around the characters was nice and quite interesting. Plus we get lots of Ariadne Oliver, who is a delight!
