This was such a fun novel, spooky and a little scary and perfect to read in October.
Our protagonist, Ollie, is clever and intuitive with a strong sense of right and wrong. I enjoyed reading about her adventure and her friendships with the other classmates.
The villains were scary, but also played on the "don’t' judge a book by its cover" idea - villains don’t have to look like villains.
Overall, this is a solid pick for Halloween fun for those who want something kid friendly and/or not super scary.
