A book that I have been waiting for a while since it started to appears on tiktok.
Omg what did I just read. it was dark, but oh so good!
I knew that I was going to love this book because of many things and theses are highlights of the book 1:
  1. the FL being a serial killer
  2. Softboy ML but is smart and calculated
  3. Revenge plot: Lana takes revenge, alongside with her bestfriend, Jake, a technology geek, who helps her accomplish it. The reason of revenge? -becaus of what happened to her and her brother, few years ago. She is merciless and is definitely not afraid of blood.
  4. Lana is a survivor of rape. It took over eight years to overcome and heal to the person she became now.
  5. Lana has a fake identity which she stole from a dead girl, she also has a “fake” face and a non-existent past.
When Lana first met Logan, she knew that his first impression will forever be graved into her mind. Even tough her mind tells her to focuse on revenge, her heart seem to direct her to Logan. He, on the other hand, is a FBI agent who is really good at profiling people. So, he was able to “read” Lana when they first met.
As Logan gives her the love she never got, Lana has a hard time to move away from it. Even Lana takes steps closer to him, even though he may hate her and put her in jail for being a serial killer. But his good heart changes a lot for her.

The first has blown my mind! Lana is a badass woman and Logan is hot.!
The ending is 😮.
