This book takes a real world and immediately applicable approach to those unhelpful & paralyzing thoughts that keep us from making decisions that will bring us joy & peace. Something I know I could use more of. I'm a life-long overthinker and now I have some great tools and stories at the ready to encourage me to move on.
This will be a frequent re-read and has found a home on my desk so I remember to #DontOverthinkIt.
