Don't Make A Sound by David Jackson

4.0

I picked this book up on a whim from my local library, not realising it was a part of a series of books featuring the main police officer. Thankfully, this read well as a stand alone book. That said, there are parts that didn’t really feel like they need to be in there but I guess they do if you read the others.

Interesting plot which was pretty fast paced and kept me reading despite bits of it making me gasp aloud. It got to one point and it took and very dark turning and I wondered if I’d make it to the end. Glad I persevered because it was gripping and scarily, quite believable.
