Just a Bit Bossy by Alessandra Hazard
2.0
The only thing that hold my interest was the cameo of Roman and Luke from [b:Just a Bit Ruthless|55218477|Just a Bit Ruthless (Straight Guys, #6)|Alessandra Hazard|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1599114682l/55218477._SY75_.jpg|48256268]
I've had my fair portion of [a:Alessandra Hazard|9222070|Alessandra Hazard|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1421743558p2/9222070.jpg] and I'm wholeheartedly disappointed by her representation of sexual preferences . Her characters are either power bottom or hunky alpha male with off limit libido. See there's nothing wrong but mostly versatile gay folk Don't exist in her universe , thus making her characters way less believable for me. Simply put I couldn’t care less about Nate or Ferrari. It's well written but i couldn’t connect with them and specially the elevation of the dynamic of their relationship over a blink of eyes, felt something created on the spot and unfinished. The required angst did not make to the mark and I for one was hoping maybe maybe role this time might get reversed. But no! It's all the same. This series is seriously getting frustratingly repetitive. And I'm hurt.
It's definitely not AH's best take but you can give it a try for the sake of fandom. Just Don't expect much!
