4.5⭐️ rounded up. Wow. I purchased this on my trip to Ireland. I wanted a book that would transport me to a different world, and it delivered. I loved that this book is based on real people who experienced mental illness. I was riveted by what Frederick told Peggy near the end of the novel, that what she was doing wasn’t love, but self-sacrifice, to which she replied that they are same. Are they though? So wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. ❤️❤️❤️
