Errol and Thomas the teddy play together every day. One day, Teddy realizes she wants to identify as Tilly. Errol adjusts instantly to his friend's request. So does Errol's friend Ava. They all continue to play together the same as they do any other normal day.
Nice simple pictures. Not too many words/page so this is a good kid book. The story-line is as simple as I wrote, and this simple message of acceptance and life-as-normal is what kids (and adults) need to hear.
I saw this book in the list of 800+ books attempting to be banned- by Texas state Rep Matt Krause.
