Dalio gives some good insight into management, learning from your problems, and approaching challenges systematically.

His story highlights his breadth of experience as a hedge fund manager, the most valuable, of course, are the falls he experiences when he is wrong. Lesson here, as right as you think you may be, it's always possible that you're wrong.

Life is about risks. Like Poker. You take risks with people, with jobs, with goals. You may end up aspiring to the wrong thing. How do you minimize risk? You analyze, you learn from the past, and you systematize. That there is the recipe.

The biggest drawback with this book is its size. At times Dalio was repetitive as hell, and to use an economic term, wasteful (with his words). Say less, do more.

Thank you for your wisdom.
