Bonjour tristesse by Françoise Sagan

I didn’t expect to love this book as much as I did; it is a great short book to read. I felt that I related to many of the quotes (as the main character is 17 yrs old and the author was 18 when she wrote this.) She’s a troubled girl figuring herself out which makes her thoughts all that more enticing.

“I was fond of repeating to myself sayings like Oscar Wilde's:
"Sin is the only note of vivid colour that persists in the modern world."
