"And yet, history's greatest minds always advised bold over safe; their words good padding for even the worst ideas."

The things that I like
☽ This is the first mystery that I held my attention to after a long while. To be honest, I was surprised by how well-written this was. It stated a lot of facts and it was very cohesive. It kept me on my toes and I was definitely curious about who murdered was or if the victim was really dead. I also like the hint of romance in this and that this was not purely about the mystery but also explored family and friends.

The things that I DID NOT like
☾ It got a little slow around 60% mark. I found that I lost some of my interest for the book at this point.

In sum:
For a YA book and mystery, it definitely did do the job and it had many suspects and would keep you guessing. I'd still recommend it.
