80/100

Writing: It's hard to critique THE Shakespeare’s writing. Instead, I noticed his incredible use of repetition as well as puns. 10/10

Plot: History. Is. So. Dramatic. Shakespeare makes it incredibly engaging and exciting; even a non-history fanatic could enjoy this play. 10/10

Character Likability: I felt attached to specific characters at times, from Brutus to Cassius and even Antony. However, staying connected was the problem. The characters would often do or say things that would make me dislike them. 6/10

Pacing: The first two acts were very long, and the last two were very rushed. 5/10

Personal Enjoyment: I liked it! Some scenes made me feel disengaged, but I loved most of them. 8/10

Character Development: Antony uses noble ironically and then calls Brutus the noblest man of all. Antony, Cassius, and Brutus all have incredible character development. 10/10

Tearjerkingness: I cried. The funeral speeches and the monologues?! Breathtaking. 10/10

Dynamics: there could've been more contrast between the scene's energy. 6/10

Dialogue: I enjoyed the monologues, but I was not too fond of the dialogue as much. 8/10

Recommendation: If you like history and/or Shakespeare, definitely read it. 7/10
