Trying to cut dairy from your diet can be taxing, no matter whether you want/need to do it because of health reasons, want to go vegan or just want to cut back a little. This book offers a large variety of every day recipes, from snacks to main dishes that are dairy free, no experiments necessary, no special food requirements. Simple menu plans with a preparation schedule for the whole week make it easy to stick to a non-diary diet.

There are some very interesting recipes in this book, especially the baked goods that would normally require milk, cream, and/or butter. Still, there are also a lot of recipes that I would never have made with dairy and hence wonder why they are in this book, like the Sweet and Sour Stir Fry.

That said, I like the menu plans and the baked goods recipes, I am not really on board with most of the other recipes - apart from the fact that they are necessary for the menu plans.
