i would have enjoyed this so much more if colin didn’t mention every three pages that he couldn’t believe he fell in love with penelope featherington and if penelope didn’t say every chapter that he wasn’t living up to her dreams about him. also the fact that colin was just mean and angry in this book but everytime he was angry he had to say it was a extremely out of character? (spoiler alert it obviously wasn’t). i didn’t hate the story though and i’m excited to see what shonda will do with the season
