I for the most part really enjoyed this. I think my biggest ish was that it seems to have been a UK/English novel that was half-heartedly “americanized” in the editing process to appeal to U.S. youth. In the process something got lost in translation, and it was distracting and kind of a bummer. IF you’re and author or editor who has the ability to do such things, please don’t. Keep the text in it’s UK English version. U.S. kids will figure it out.
