Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.

The author and I share many interests - but shared interests aren’t enough to encourage me to continue reading. There was just something about the prose that felt dispassionate and didn’t resonate me. Not that I doubt her identity as a fan, I just can’t personally feel her enthusiasm conveyed to me through the writing.
