I don't believe in races. I believe in cultures. I believe that want differences from one another is our culture and not a race. What is a race? There may Africans, Asians integrated in western society and they work & part of that society. They contribute and they are valuable members of it. Look at my country. My own prime-minister is indian.
What I am going to say is that when you go live in another country be that among whites or other races you have to either adapt to their culture or will put aside. That's how societies work. If you think you can't change, you will never grow. Look at France & UK & Sweden. They proudly take care or africans, middle-eastern but in so many volumes they can't integrate so they built ghetos and places no white people even has access. After a generation is born within that country - although they are french, english or swedish they don't feel it, bcause they were never to begin with it.
I am not the most eloquent person, what I think is that each country can take and help foreign people but with percentages that let them integrate and not being there. Look at Japan. They have quotas and those foreign work are more easily integrated than uk,france or sweden.
More, portuguese have like a population of a million just in france, thousands upon thousands in switzerland. the vast majority live together and thus they don't integrate and do cleaning jobs, work in construction and so on. Are they victims of racism? I don't think so.
All of these to tell , race=skin colour? Are you telling me that a black person from somalia is identical in thoughts, mentality as a person from zambia or usa? Of course not. What defines them is the culture.
I am not going to dwell much on the book... because the book is very simple to read and you can easily read in one go. It portrays what I think of these movements.
Their basis is good- equality. But you can't expect quality if you don't practise yourself. You blame white people of being white. Interesting... WORK HARDER! FUCKING WORK HARDER. In the end it's the law of the jungle. You have to work harder to be better than everyone else in your work. Why do you want a job just because you are black or a woman? Fucking work harder. Of course there will be racism and mysogists because you are in western countries where the majority is... WHITE! (USA is a bit different but I am European). Go to a Asian or african country and then will you not see discrimination? Of course you see. You say that here in western countries we are evil white people, go to Muslim countries were being LGBT is considered a crime, or women has less freedom than a dog. Go to africa where woman suffer mutiliation or gay people are stoned to death. Is it better than europeans - I dare you say they are. Go to china where anyone non-chinese is treated poorly. You are complaining on countries where you can rise and be happy and live safely.

I am a person who lived several years in africa, my family went to a country not their own and had to work harder to rise, I never went to university. My mother worked 12 hours a day for decades, I didn't had hot water for several years. After working several years in a company (this was in early 00's I wasn't moved up to a supervision team you know why? Because I had my hair long as metal guy. They said that to my face. You know what I did? I continue work hard and after a year of being their best guy on the job I got elevated neverthless. If you work harder, in a corporation world that's what matters. They don't care about your sexual preferences or colour they want to know, do you make money? Then you are good. But now, after all those sacrifices I have a stable job, a child a wife that is blind btw. So yeah keep playing the victimhood card. Work godman hard.
Some random thoughts on the book
***l religion, led by evil person that "convince" others like early christianity did... It's a mob culture. It's destroying society. Not only Black but White society. You can change people through fear and with completely doube tenents. It's like 1984 double think. How can these people do this and not burn themselves... the fear of being called racist is bigger than being a muderder (almost)."
