“Your power is a song, and one I’ve waited a very, very long time to hear…”

What an interesting “conclusion” to the series! The series thus far that is…

I enjoyed the differences in this book from the others in the series, it really set this book apart from the others, which makes sense as this feels like the start of a new story. This story focuses on Nesta and Cassian, as opposed to Feyre and Rhys. It’s also written in dual POV so we get to see the events of this book from both perspectives which I thought was very intriguing.

There’s one plot trope that I didn’t enjoy, but it’s a trope I have an issue with in general. I also found it difficult to read some of Nesta’s struggles because I was frustrated with her actions, but that was more of an emotional connection to the character than anything else.

Overall, very enjoyable story and I can’t wait to see where it goes in the next book!
