The summer I turned pretty and It's not summer without you were average. We'll always have summer was torture. The wedding planning and all of that were great but I feel the protagonist is too toxic a character. I wish the author had not dragged the Belly-Jeremiah wedding throughout the book and instead had more content on the letters Conrad wrote to her when she was in Spain and how she and him felt about each other and how they rekindled their relationship after all the unpleasant things that happened before and on the wedding day. But maybe that's how the author intended it to be like. Pure torture. But the series as a whole was enjoyable.
