Bit of a long read, but it was worth it; so sweet and so sad. I loved the characters; vibrant and diverse and flawed and so loveable. This book also has underlying messages about coming-of-age, independence, and so on.
It also handles the topic of euthanasia very well; in a nuanced and honest way
. 

Overall, a very touching and gently inspiring read.
